Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 10 days. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product, otherwise we cannot offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the product tag intact.
For hygiene purposes, we do not offer returns or exchanges on masks unless the product is defective. If you have received a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the defective product. Our team will assist you with a return or an exchange.
Some caps from the New Era range are also not eligible for free returns. These products will be marked as such.
You can return the product by informing us via email at email@example.com along with the reason for return. Do not ship the product to our address, as we will get it picked up via reverse shipping facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or rejected based on the product condition.
Your refund will be initiated by us once the product has been picked up. It will take 7-10 business days for a refund to be processed once the product has been picked up.
In case of Prepaid orders, your refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
In case of COD orders, your refund can be made either via a bank transfer or a gift voucher. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
In case of bundled discounts - If you refund part of your order, it is possible that your remaining order is no longer eligible for the bundled discount. The previously discounted amount will be deducted from the refund in this case.
You can also exchange the product for the same style in a different size. No additional shipping costs if a product is exchanged the first time.
